Contact us immediately if you have problems with your order. In general, refunds are not accepted.
We accept returns only if we, are responsible for shipping out either the wrong product, a faulty product from our facility, and we are notified within 5 days after receipt of the items.
In the case that something is damaged in transit, please contact us immediately. Keep all packing materials, and take pictures of the damaged item and the box! These are required for you to make a claim. We will give further instructions upon notification.
Any damage to an item in transit will be handled by the shippers insurance.
*A faulty product is a product that was damaged before it was packed, and left our facilities.
